SMPAA in collaboration with Idyllwild Art Academy presents, | –. 

This special event permits SMPAA students to study directly with Mr. Jonathan Sharp, an expert and qualified lecturer in both voice (Musical Theatre) and the performing arts (Ballet). Students will have a unique experience to further nurture their artistic growth and in-depth knowledge through Mr. Jonathan’s experience on Broadway and on television.  

Mr. Jonathan Sharp is currently a lecturer at the Idyllwild Art Institute with over thirteen years of experience and currently holds the position of Deputy Director of Inland Pacific Ballet. Born and raised in an artistic cradle with a mother who is a ballet teacher, known to Ballet since the age of two and trained at the National Academy of the Arts and the School of American Ballet, on a full scholarship with masters such as Stanley Williams, Peter Martins, Andrea Kramarevsky, to name a few. He has appeared on Broadway in such shows as The Red Shoes, Carousel, The Rocky Horror Show Live, The Dance of the Vampires and Fiddler on the Roof.
