SIA officially introduced SIA Career Pathways — the first comprehensive and professionally structured arts education program in Vietnam, designed to connect Secondary School → International Diploma → Global Articulation Pathways.

During the event, SIA’s Leadership Team and the Academic Representatives of the Music, Dance, and Visual Arts Faculties shared the reasons behind the programme’s creation: despite their talent, many Vietnamese students lack a clear career roadmap, internationally recognized outcomes, real-world practice environments, and a connected ecosystem bridging academic learning with the creative industries.

Career Pathways was established to address these gaps in a strategic, systematic, and sustainable way.

The programme is built upon three core pillars:
1️⃣ International Standardization
2️⃣ Personalized Learning Pathways
3️⃣ Industry-Integrated Ecosystem

With three key pathways:
🔹 Arts High School (Grades 7–12)
🔹 International Diploma in Music – Dance – Visual Arts (from Grade 12 onward)
🔹 Global Arts Study Abroad Pathway at leading arts institutions worldwide (from Grade 9 onward)

Career Pathways is being implemented across the Music, Dance, and Visual Arts Faculties, with future expansion into Performing Arts.

SIA reaffirms its commitment to providing Vietnamese students with a clearly guided, internationally benchmarked, and globally connected artistic journey—empowering them to integrate into and shine within the global arts and creative industries.
