Theory
The courses aim for students’ better understanding of music theory, helping them to better connect and understand the musical works in their practical lessons, as well as reaching the grade 5 level in music theory which will prepare them for international examinations at advanced levels. The major building blocks of music theory will provide the basic curriculum for these courses.

– Apply music theory to analyzing musical compositions
Learning Outcomes
- Complete the fundamentals of the basic elements of the sound in music like time values of the sound, pitches, simple and compound time signatures
- Complete the fundamentals of the major and minor keys and write the scales with none to 5 sharps or flats in key signature
- Complete the fundamentals of performance direction used in music in Italian, German and French-based on specific level
- Complete the fundamentals of the basic function of instruments
- Complete the basic fundamentals of musical forms
